 | Our Community Building is a gathering place for many events such as wedding receptions, anniversaries, dances, luncheons, and a variety of other social gatherings. | The Bandstand was originally located in the Legion Park. In the early 1960's it was moved to Lakeside Park to be used as a beer stand for the Avoca Ski Club. In 1970 it was moved back to the Legion Park for the silver centennial. |  |
 | The Caboose was purchased by the Avoca Development Corporation. It has now been restored and sits on N. Fourth Street next to the railroad tracks. |
